إعلان بشأن موقع فايل فلاير..

السلام عليكم إخواني الأعزاء ورحمة الله وبركاته..

أحب اليوم أن أعلن عن قرار هام بخصوص ترجمات مانجا بليد على موقع الرفع فايل فلاير File Flyer، حيث سيتم اعتباراً من اليوم وإلى أن يشاء الله وقف تعاملي رسمياً بصفتي مؤسس مانجا بليد بشكل تام ونهائي مع موقع فايل فلاير من حيث رفع الملفات أو تحميلها من عليه، حيث أنه موقع إسرائيلي، وللتأكد يمكنكم مراجعة اتفاقية شروط الخدمة الخاصة بالموقع:

والإطلاع خاصة على الفقرة الأخيرة منها، ونصها كالتالي:

a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. (b) Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws thereof, and the eligible courts in the district of Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties; This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. (c) You may not assign or otherwise transfer by operation of law or otherwise this Agreement or any rights or obligations herein without the express written consent of SpeedBit. Upon reasonable notice posted on www.fileflyer.com, SpeedBit may assign or transfer this Agreement at its sole discretion. (d) If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

وتضامناً مع غزة ولو وجدانياً، وكإعلان لمقاطعة مانجا بليد لكل ما هو إسرائيلي بشكل تام وإن كان موقع رفع، لن يتم رفع أي ملفات على موقع فايل فلاير منذ اللحظة وإلى أن يشاء الله..وأدعو كل الإخوة الأعزاء متابعي المدونة إلى مقاطعة الموقع تماماً وعدم تحميل أي ملفات منه بأي شكل..فلا حاجة بنا لأي شئ له علاقة بهؤلاء بأي شكل، ولا تعامل لنا معهم لعنهم الله وأهلكهم أجمعين..

دعواتكم لغزة وأهلها بالنصر والتأييد إخواني الأعزاء، ونسأل الله النصر والفوز لهم في الدنيا والآخرة، وأن يرزقنا صلاة في رحاب الأقصى وشهادة على أبوابه بإذن الله..
